I want to start off today with one word: gratitude.
You see, I’m beyond grateful to write this email every Sunday and share my lessons with you that have served me.
I want to thank each and every single one of you for subscribing. It truly means the world to us!
Today issue will be about mental models (surrounding gratitude in particular) alongside some awesome business tidbits that’ll help you scale.
It’ll also be nice, short & sweet so you can go about your day quickly after reading this.

THE PITH
Can Gratitude Really Have That MUCH Of An Impact…
This is a business and money newsletter for entrepreneurial and growth minded individuals…but nothing is worth it without a life of gratitude.
I know far too may entrepreneurs who’ve made tens of millions but still wake up everyday feeling miserable. Why? Gratitude.
These same people suffer in many other areas of their life as well which is health & relationships.
You see, in life there are really 3 main quadrants that surround us and embody who we are:
Health, Wealth & Relationships.

It’s quite interesting when we look at how most entrepreneurs…they start companies, build brands & set forth on massive missions so they can hopefully achieve peace of mind.
The end result however is usually that we achieve everything but still feel empty inside. We often times sacrifice our health and relationships in order to build wealth but once we build it, we now are in a bad place with our health and relationships.
Welcome to the reality for most entrepreneurs and people who build great things. So how can we solve this never ending cycle of emotions?
Well it took me a while but the answer has always been implementing a routine practice of gratitude. The best part? It’s pretty easy to get started and maintain.
So how can we actually build a routine of gratitude within our lives? There’s a 6 step process that I follow that I’ll share below:
1. Start with small wins.
Every morning, write down 3 things you're grateful for.
Start with simple stuff:
↳ Having a roof over your head
↳ Eating breakfast
↳ Being alive
This primes you to look for the good.
2. Give thanks.
Express gratitude to someone in your life every day.
It can be a quick thank you note or even a heartfelt conversation.
It's important to focus on the present -- not the past or the future.
3. Gratitude meditation.
Set aside 10 minutes each day to focus on gratitude.
Find a quiet place to sit or lie down.
Close your eyes and take deep breaths.
Focus on things like your health, loved ones, or personal accomplishments.
They key is not to try too hard. Just the fact that you’re sitting down and trying is something you should be grateful for.
4. Gratitude journaling.
Every night, write down 3 things from the day you're grateful for.
Reflect on why they happened and how they made you feel.
This helps to shift your focus towards positivity.
I actually use a journal called the Hero’s Journal and it forces me to do this daily. Very impactful.
5. Practice gratitude during tough times.
When facing difficult situations, take a step back and ask yourself:
"What can I be grateful for in this moment?"
This reframes your mindset and helps you focus on solutions.
6. Share your gratitude.
Sharing your gratitude with others can help boost happiness and strengthen relationships.
Tell someone how much you appreciate them, or even just spread positivity on social media.
Remember, gratitude isn't just something you feel -- it's a skill that can be developed with practice.
We have programmed our subconscious minds to live without gratitude for years without evening knowing. It will take time but in my opinion, there’s no point in living a life without gratitude.
I mean ask yourself that question genuinely:
Why wouldn’t you want to live a life of gratitude?
PS: Did you know practicing gratitude 3 times a day can literally help your immune system by 50%. If you’ve felt yourself getting more sick lately, it could quite literally be that you’re missing this important G word from your life.

BOOK OF THE WEEK
The Four Agreements Book
This segment today was geared towards mental models, gratitude and mindset so it only makes sense to give you a book recommendation that aligns with that.
This is one of my favourite (if not my favourite) book yet on this topic so be sure to pick it up and give it a read. It only takes about 2 hours to read the whole thing…woohoo!
