How To WIN In Entrepreneurship (Mindset Issue)
How To Thrive In Entrepreneurship (Mindset Issue)
Happy Sunday Profit Seekers,
I want to thank each and every single one of you for tuning in each Sunday to read this newsletter.
We’re at 3700 readers now and growing every single day. By end of year, we believe we’ll be at 50,000.
Let’s start off this issue with a line to serve you:
Falling in love with yourself is falling in love with your life. Falling in love with life is falling in love with yourself.
Today’s issue is about mindset and mental models.
As entrepreneurs and goal driven individuals, our mind is all we have. It is the control centre for our actions and pursuit towards success. We’ll be blending a ton of esoteric concepts like spirituality, philosophy and even quantum physics for you in today’s issue :)
We hope to serve you with some kick ass mindset content this Sunday.
Now, off to the races 🏁
THE PITH
The Curse Of External Validation…
I think one of the biggest impediments entrepreneurs face is “the chase” of external validation.
When we start off in entrepreneurship, we usually seek external validation because we want to show anyone and everyone why we’re worthy.
A very select few will grow past this stage…but the overwhelming majority of others will continue to chase it.

We LOVE those dopamine hits….
Internal validation on the other hand brings forth a sense of peace and tranquility within us …but I think the issue exists here:
Some entrepreneurs feel that “too much” internal validation would simply just cease any motivation to keep pursuing goals. This fear needs to be changed if we are to grow.
I struggled with this too until I “re-shifted” my beliefs around why I wanted to pursue certain outcomes…It was simple:
A) I was now working for myself to feel an internal sense of accomplishment. I wanted to prove to myself that I can set goals and achieve them.
B) I am working hard and pursuing greatness to serve my loved ones around me. It want because I needed their validation. Instead, It was out of pure, unconditional love.
This made seeking external validation much less important for me.
Sometimes I do have thoughts but I catch myself and will re-align.
Were all human btw :)
This new found meaning in pursuing goals and work led to a new gear in momentum. In fact, it was even more motivating than purely working to impress others and gain external feedback.

Internal validation FTW
Now let’s add in some more esoteric concepts into this 🙂
Another revelation I had was upon reading the book, the four agreements.
One of the agreements is to “never take anything personally”.
Most people’s opinions of us are only a figment of what they are experiencing in the “3D world”
What does this mean? Well basically, people in the material world (3D world) undergo many things that lead them to the way they are.
They may state opinions and have remarks to us which impact us emotionally (positive or negative)

Take nothing personally, especially from this dude
These opinions in and of themselves become triggers of external validation for ourselves
…But if we were to look at the “5D world” which is quantum and has nothing material (but all particles and frequency)…everyone is inherently neutral (without meaning)
Additionally from a spiritual perspective, one may also say everyone in their purest form (the soul) is unconditional love and bliss.
It’s through living in the material world, we end up separating from our purest form (the soul).
So if everyone in their purest form is inherently neutral in meaning, or pure love and bliss…should it really matter about their opinions?
Conclusion: No one’s opinions really matter because in the end of the day
…science and quantum physics state that nothing is inherently positive or negative but instead neutral
.…spirituality states that everyone is just love and bliss in their purest form.
Focus on yourself and ensuring you give yourself validation for the things you do.
It will be a work in progress to forget about external validation as we have grown and programmed our mind to think this way…but it can be done surely.
THE TUBE

We know reading can be boring sometimes so here’s some videos for you to literally grow your brain:

Dr Joe Dispenza on LOVE & Relationships “This Keeps 99% of People Single” (DO THIS TO FIND LOVE) Don’t let the title fool you. There’s far more to just “finding love” in this video. The concepts he shares apply for everything in life. This is one of my favourite Dr. Joe Dispenza videos because it literally covers the process of CREATION from the quantum field. This is a must watch.
Happiness…If there’s one dude worth billions and has a mind worth gold, it’s Naval. This video covers his views on happiness. What I love about Naval is how unique his perspectives are. Enjoy!
BOOK OF THE WEEK
The Four Agreements Book
This segment today was geared towards mental models, gratitude and mindset so it only makes sense to give you a book recommendation that aligns with that.
I read this book because it was recommended by an awesome person. Creds to them 🙂
It’s one of my favourite (if not my favourite) book yet on this topic so be sure to pick it up and give it a read. It only takes about 2 hours to read the whole thing…woohoo!
The Four Agreements Book

It’s a life changing book for sure
